Policy
ViralBulls strives to treat its customers professionally, promptly, and favorably. Clients who engage ViralBulls with their business agree to the following terms and conditions
• The clients and ViralBulls will have an independent contractor relationship, with neither party intending or implying a partnership or joint venture.
• Both parties will agree on a start date for the services, and costs will be applied in accordance with that date.
• Clients will receive a monthly report on performance services.
• Either party must give at least 10 business days’ notice before cancelling or fully transferring service duties to another service vendor.
• A person who is not a party to the Contract shall have no rights under or in connection with it.
• ViralBulls reserves the right to subcontract some of the service tasks to a third-party service provider.
• If clients sign up for a monthly service plan with ViralBulls, they must pay the whole charged cost before the job begins.
• If ViralBulls and the customer agree on a fixed quote for any services, the client is responsible for paying 50% of the billable amount in advance, before the work begins. The remaining 50% of the money must be made within seven days of the start date of the services.
• ViralBulls will bill clients on a monthly basis, in advance.
• In addition, if a client fails to pay a monthly invoice when it is due, ViralBulls will instantly discontinue the services. We shall not be obligated to provide a 10-day notice in this circumstance.
• ViralBulls won’t be liable for any circular or consequential losses due to detention in indebted service deliverables, where the detention is because of natural or ungovernable causes.
• The guests will defend, cover and hold ViralBulls inoffensive from and against any and all claims, losses, arrears and charges related to the services handed by ViralBulls to the guests under this agreement, including without limitation claims made by third parties related to any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services vended by the customer, claims for patent, brand or trademark violation, claims due to dislocation or malfunction of services handed, or for any content submitted by you for publication by ViralBulls.
• Due to the nature of digital media, any content/ information given by the guests to ViralBulls for publication will be accessible by the public as soon as the publication is carried out. ViralBulls won’t be responsible for screening the material and any damages or losses of profit, goodwill or any business asset due to the nature of content being publicized.
• If at any time during the term of a service contract, we fail to contend upon the strict performance of any of your scores under the service contract or any of these terms and conditions, also this won’t automatically free of you from any of the scores mentioned in the terms and conditions and won’t constitute a disclaimer.
• Any disclaimer of term and conditioned will be valid officially only if it’s communicated to you in jotting.
• Information, like name, dispatch, contact number, website URL that the guests give us by filling the contact form will be kept nonpublic and not be exposed to a third party, without their previous concurrence. Still, the information will be made privy to the workers of ViralBulls.
• ViralBulls will take reasonable preventives to help the loss, abuse or revision of your particular information.
• The transfer of data over the internet is innately insecure, and any kind of security in this regard cannot be guaranteed by ViralBulls.
• Although, we use SSL translated technology for making any kind of plutocrat sale to insure maximum security against online theft and fraud.
• Eyefuls are used to track the browsing information/ preferences of web druggies and we may use Eyefuls to gather statistical data about your browsing pattern for optimizing our point.
• Some of the third-party advertisers who have their announcement links on our website may also use Eyefuls to gather statistical information about you. Still, in no way Eyefuls give access to any of your particular information either to us or third-party reality.
• ViralBulls reserves the right to modify the below terms and conditions at any point of time, including the time of an ongoing contract and changes in the terms and condition will be notified to the guests through company dispatch.
